ive been trying to explore it for ages... tried around it, tried everything, it just dont wanna get unfogged !!!

** the pic i posted is allready-explored. my map has the red-circled area fogged.

Try this: Don't be aligned to the Kurzicks, die, and you'll respawn at another ressurection shrine. I think it might be near that area, I do not know if this will work.

I don't recall any problems getting there, tried leaving Altrumm Ruins and hug the left wall till you get there?

Its a nifty little underground area all on its own.... water around your feet, red lighting.... all very interesting, ambience-wise.

But the area a little north of that little bit is a little more awkward to get to as I recall... However, you can still manage it by wall-grinding around on the left side.

You have to leave Ruins in order to get there, not by starting the mission because the door ain't there.

Just go outside the temple, where that collapse nearly kills Mhenlo. Then do your best trying to get in trough those damn Dredge. It took me ages to kill them, and it's pretty impossible to run past them because of all that cripple and shove.
